High Quality BUSEAL Wrap - Vapour Barrier Malaysia 

Our BUSEAL wrap is a self-adhesive, high quality, heavy duty vapour barrier and waterproof wrapping material made of vulcanised butyl rubber. 

It is specially designed as a primary vapour barrier for cryogenic application which includes LNG liquefaction, storage tanks, facilities, building, and the HVAC industry. It features the perfect watertight and durability applied in HVAC joints. Ideal for insulation jackets, rest assured that our BUSEAL wrap - vapour barrier can reduce costs and delivery time thanks to zero shortage problem by domestic production.

Application : 

Ensure that the surface is free of moisture, foreign material, grease, and other contaminants. 

Cut the BUSEAL to your desired size, apply and press down firmly, you may use a roller for that matter. To avoid wrinkling, kindly release the liner slowly. 

Before use, always ensure if BUSEAL is compatible with the substrates for adhesion and chemical reaction. Apply only on clean dry surfaces.

Extra Remarks : 

Keep and apply between 40℉ (4℃) and 100℉ (38℃)

SHC 700-121 is a self-adhesive outer vapour barrier sheet composed of butyl rubber compound laminated to aluminium and tough Polyester film and a treated peel and stick release liner.
